WALKING ... ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL
Had a great weekend. Walked in the Homecoming Parade in Webberville. Received a very warm reception from all of the great people out there. Saturday many of us were walking, walking, walking.
If anyone would like to walk with us on Saturdays we meet up at Gracie's Place at around 9:30. All this walking had made me realize that I am the man for the job. People want a change. They want someone who has worked in the courts and has a clue about the law.

This week will be walking and a few meetings. Stay tuned.

A Three Point Plan - Common Sense In Action
Success as a Judge begins with a plan! When elected as Judge, I am prepared to immediately implement a three point plan to reverse any existing operating deficit and to improve service to our community. Here is what I am prepared to accomplish in the 55th District Court, beginning on Day 1:
1. Collect the outstanding fines and costs
that are currently owed to the District Clerk
in a more aggressive manner, making those
who have violated the law responsible for
the debts they have incurred.
2. Evaluate to see if mandatory counseling
for the Domestic Assault Court and the
Sobriety Court can been brought from it's
current outsourced status into the District
Court in order to generate revenues.
3. Conduct an evaluation of all surrounding
District Courts to see if the fines and court
costs assessed against the individual whom
has broken the law are consistent with
other counties.
Joseph For Judge - 55th District Court - Ingham County - Michigan
My name is Paul T. Joseph and I am running for Judge of the 55th District Court, Ingham County, Michigan. I am committed to giving this Court the very best possible, both while Judge and in the future. I am committed to a balanced budget, an efficient judiciary, and an open Court.
